Building Works Progress
I've been working on installing lighting in my buildings, where possible and am making good progress. Here is one I really like. I had a cast metal hurricane lamp that I was able to drill with a 1mm bit and put in a fibre optic line to a 3 volt bulb. Pretty good result, I think.

I think this is a pretty reasonable arrangement of the structures I have to hand and an improvement over the previous one. Lots more to do.
Those buildings look great! An excellent job on lighting up that shack with the lamp! Great work Sir Barry!
ReplyDeleteThanks Sir Neal, drillling through that lamp was like doing micro surgery - I half expected it to melt!
ReplyDeleteNice work in arranging the Cuspidor structures and adding the LEDs. Micro Surgery indeed!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks Sir John, I was able to make a lot more progress in that direction today too. The little commercial district is coming together again. Just relocating the structures and making provision for the lighting run as I go. So much to do, I spent half of today just looking for bits and pieces!
